The University of Chicago and the Chicago Quantum Exchange is holding the first annual “Quantum Creators Prize Symposium”, which recognizes the achievements of early career researchers in the broad areas of quantum science and engineering. The symposium takes place, virtually, on September 29-30, 2021. Postdocs Emily Davis (Yao group) and Charles D. Brown II (Stamper-Kurn group) both received the Prize and gave fascinating talks on many-body noise in an interacting dipolar spin system, and topological properties of band structure, respectively. Congratulations to Emily and Charles!
